SodaBlast System

SodaBlast Systems is a modern and sufficient system for cleaning any surface, from brick, and concrete through wood, to cars and even ships. SodaBlast Systems is chosen by specialists from various industries, such as monument conservation, construction, and automotive industries. This system allows non-invasive and material-friendly cleaning from dirt to old paint.

Story behind sodablasting

It started in the 1980s in the USA.

That's where it appreciated effectiveness and non-invasive sodablasting, and at the same time, it began to be tested as a cleaning agent on various surfaces. In the early 1980s, the New York City authorities sought an effective and fast way to remove impurities from the monumental Statue of Liberty - a 93-meter-high symbol of America. Various substances that could be used for cleaning have been tested to clean the Statue of Liberty. One was precisely baking soda, which was the best abrasive for the American statue. A special machine has been developed, which shoots the abrasive in smaller amounts and at an optimal speed of 965 km / h, thanks to which soda perfectly cleans and does not damage the surface.

Eco-friendly solution:

• Use water-soluble and biodegradable abrasives such as baking soda;

• Even if you use sand, you use less of it;

• Reduction of dust formation in the water mist cover and without dust formation while working in the water mixture;

• Low fuel consumption (at a level of 5-6l/h);

• Silent motor works according to the EU 98dB standard.

The most important advantages of the SodaBlast System:

• Only one person to operate the machine;

•Less cleaning and fuel consumption;

•Work much more efficiently than a traditional sandblasting machine: up to 60m2/h;

•Smooth power control. From delicate to very strong, where the abrasive flies at a speed of 965 km/h;

•Uninterrupted work of the machine, without fear of jamming like with classic sandblasters;

•Efficient cleaning up to 200 m horizontally and 150 m vertically from the machine;

•The ability to work in all weather conditions, even in winter or rain.
